今回はワノ国の侍、カン十郎の能力について考察していきたいと思います。
描いた絵を実体化させる
筆で描いたものを現実のものとすることができる絵画人間。
あらゆるものを実体化させることが出来る上に生み出されたものは能力者の命令に忠実であるため、
例えば龍などの伝説上の生き物を次々と生みだし敵にけしかけたり、大きな鳥を生みだしそれに乗ることで飛行したりと、その能力の使い道は多岐にわたる。
現実には存在しないような生物すらも生み出すことができるため、実体化させることができる絵の幅は非常に広い。
もちろん生物以外も生み出すことができ、雷や炎などを描けば有効な攻撃手段となるだろう。壁を描けば防御にも役立てることができ、剣山を描けば罠とすることもできる。
あらゆるものを生み出すことができる万能さがこの能力の特徴であるといえる。
能力者の画力が生みだしたものの性能に影響を及ぼす
万能性が目立つ能力だが、最大限にその力を発揮するためには確かな画力が必要。
作中ではカン十郎はいくつもの絵を実体化させてきたが、
醜い食べ物を生み出せばそれを食べた者は腹を壊し、造形が不安定な鳥を生み出せば飛ぶ動作がぎこちないなど 生み出されたものはその能力に難のあるものが多い。
この悪魔の実を食べた者は戦闘面のみでなく画力も磨いていく必要があるといえる。
また戦闘時は敵を目の前にのんびり絵を描く時間はまず無いと考えられるため、
よほど画力と絵を描くスピードに優れているない限りは、
前線に立って戦う、というよりも後衛で次々と必要な物を実体化させ戦力を増強していく方がこの能力は役立てやすいだろう。
能力者自身が絵になることも
描いた絵を実体化させるだけでなく、能力者自身が絵になることも可能。
これにより絵になった状態で壁に潜りこんで移動したり敵から隠れたりと、特に隠密活動に大きく役立てることができる。
またこの能力を利用すれば絵本や漫画に入り込み二次元の世界を堪能できる。
本や漫画好きの人間ならば特に欲する悪魔の実といえるだろう。
私も欲しい。
