さまざまな可能性を視野に検討されましたが、減光の原因は謎のままです。

しかも少なくとも今後21万年間は地球から見える明るさランキングはトップのままだろう、ということも判明しています。
私や皆さんが21万歳になった時もシリウスが輝き続けているとはなんだか感慨深いですね。
